Discharge

After the operation or examination

It is essential :

• only leave the establishment with the authorisation of the anaesthetist or surgeon.
• take note of the post-operative recommendations on the discharge form given to you by the ward nurse when you leave.
• to be accompanied by a responsible adult so that you can return home safely.

To facilitate the rest and comfort of patients who have just undergone outpatient surgery, it is requested that the number of accompanying persons be limited to one.
