Apply to the relevant department for a private room. This request will be processed according to availability. If you wish to be reimbursed for the cost of a room, you should contact your
mutual insurance company.
On admission, the patient makes a written request and undertakes "to pay all outstanding sums in accordance with the cover provided by their health insurance company".
Daily rate: To be consulted at the establishment.
It is necessary to apply to the ward supervisor for the allocation of an accompanying person's bed for the night. It is possible to have breakfast and/or a meal for accompanying persons. Meals can be taken either in the dining room or in the patient's room.
Tickets can be purchased at reception. If the accompanying person wishes to eat in the patient's room, the ticket must be given to the dietician when she visits the ward.
Ifaccompanying a young child, one of the parents should be present.
A list of religious leaders is available on request from the wards.
The clinic has a fire safety system approved by the safety commission. It is equipped with smoke detectors throughout the building, fire doors, fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.
Staff receive regular training from certified and/or approved organisations. A note explaining what to do in the event of a fire and an evacuation plan are posted in the corridors of all departments.
In accordance with decree no. 92748 of 29 May 1992, for reasons of health, safety and respect for others, staff, patients and visitors are prohibited from smoking in the establishment.
