It happened here... Integration day for new recruits

After a successful first event in December 2021, we organised a new induction day on 4 October 2022 for new recruits at Clinique Axium, the GCS and the Centre d'Hémodialyse d'Aix en Provence.

What is it all about?

The aim of the day is to introduce all new employees to the Almaviva Group and its strategy, as well as to the 3 structures: Clinique Axium, GCS and CHP d'Aix.

This day strengthens team cohesion and the feeling of belonging.

The principle is simple:

After a welcome over coffee or fruit juice, the day begins with a word of welcome from the director. This is followed by a presentation of the establishment by the IT Department and the Human Resources Department. Then, in the form of participative workshops and group quizzes, the participants tackle major themes such as patient rights, identity monitoring, quality, pain, hygiene and radiation protection, etc. The shared meal and the "Live my life" game are also an opportunity to mix teams and strengthen cohesion.
